The syntactical play on words illustrates the central thesis of the book, “Who is Afraid of the Holy Spirit?” The really big question under consideration is, “If the Holy Spirit did not die in the first century, then what in the world is He doing today?” The book was written from a cessationist perspective which makes the question all that much more poignant.

What do you think? Leave me a comment. “What in the world is the Holy Spirit doing today?”
